Follow these steps to choose your house plan*

1. Click the symbol below that describes the direction of your erf's slope: whether your erf inclines
   from the road access, declines from the road access, or slopes transversely to the road access.
2. Determine whether a height restriction of 8m or 10m is applicable to your erf. Click here
   Farnham, Lincoln and Windsor are not options available where there is a 8m height restriction.
3. Select the floor plan of your choice according to the different plan names e.g. "Arundel".
   The floor plans bearing the same name are the same across the styles.
4. Choose the house style rendering: Rural Victorian, Rural Tuscan or Cape Vernacular.
