With a challenging 2009 successfully weathered and clear signs of market recovery in the Metropolitan areas, the Development Team has recognised the importance of being proactive in both attracting the attention of the market in anticipation of the upswing extending to the rural areas as well as to take advantage of interest that may result from the Soccer World Cup in June of this year.
Now that the market has started picking up again, we are in a position to announce a 20% discount on the prices of vacant erven recommended by the Home Owners Association, subject to the seller in each case agreeing to the discount. The discount will be applicable to the first 20 erven sold between April and October this year. Purchaser choice will determine which erven are selected. The Team will monitor the situation closely and do whatever is necessary to promote all interests represented at Mount Royal equally. With regard to the recommended pricing and the special offer, developer erven will be subject to the same regime as the resale erven.
Mount Royal has for some time adopted a policy of allowing outside agents to be involved in marketing with our in house agents giving support. This is to ensure that maximum choice is available to our members. In the meantime our priority continues to be to keep the Estate in top condition.
