Mount Royal Golf Estate Renosterveld Reserve
The Swartland is host to one of the most endangered bio-habitats on the planet - Granite Renosterveld. Mount Royal will remain in ownership of the 17 hectares of proclaimed Renosterveld Reserve within its borders, benefiting from the natural beauty, use of space and the birdlife it attracts. It forms a link within a series of formal conservation initiatives within the Swartland. As a forerunner to future harmonious development with the environment and surrounding communities, the developers are resourcing an environmental fund.
