The formally proclaimed Renosterveld Conservation Reserve of over 17 hectares as well as riverine areas, all within the secured borders of the development, will be accessible via a series of hiking / jogging trails (see Estate Plan).
An upgraded vision for the Village Centre is being planned around a synergy of lifestyle, wellness and hospitality in the form of professional specialist medical and wholeness practices, spa, boutique hotel, function facilities, gymnasium, restaurant and of course a suitable Club House. With its spectacular setting and scenic views, the tranquility of a 9 hole golf course (soon to become 18 holes) in the countryside and the fact that it is within easy access to Cape Town, the West Coast beaches and the Cape winelands, the Estate provides the perfect setting for a conference or seminar and can accommodate up to 80 delegates. Our state-of-the-art conference facilities have just recently been opened for bookings.
